Jump to solution

I would like to know if you can have multiple payment methods saved. I would like to put 2 different cards on file.

Hi @Tabby13,

Thanks for the inquiry about adding an additional payment method to your Roku account.

Currently, you can only link one card or payment method to your Roku account.

For future reference, here's how you can update or remove the payment method: How do I update or remove the payment method for my Roku ...

Please keep us posted if you need further assistance or clarification.

Thanks,

Danny

Hey Roku, why Can't we add additional cards for payments?

Why should one family member have to be billed for services another household member wants?

If other providers can do thais, certainly you can as well.  Come on 🙂

The two family members could each create separate Roku accounts.  Then each could put in their own payment method.  Roku accounts are free.
