I get a message on my screen to update my payment method.
So I go in to update my payment method. And it won't save.
So I live chat a "customer service" (term used extremely loosely) rep who says out of one side of her mouth that it's a system wide problem and they don't know when it will be fixed, and then says out of the other side that, oh, well update it from the TV and not the website. Well, if it is a system wide problem then why would it work updating it on the TV....which doesn't work anyway because that's the first thing I tried.
Why do they even bother responding to customers if they aren't going to actually provide a solution?
