I was offered a few deals. I bought a Sound Bar Pro and an Ultra. I put in the card info and completed the purchase. Now it's ~10 days later and there's no sign of the products, order, purchase or anything.
it's as if I did nothing. On top of that the prices have all gone back up and the items were gifts that were to be given this weekend.
How can I actually talk to a person and get this major issue resolved. I hate to change brands but if I can't get this resolved right away for the original offered price then I'll be forced to move on.
