I subscribed with a free 7-day trial. Trial is up today, and I opted to go ahead and pay in the 'manage subscriptions' tab. When I open the app and choose a game, I am prompted to 'upgrade,' or pay for the service to start watching. If I click that, I get a message from Roku that I am already subscribed, and can sign into the app and start streaming. But when I open the app again, same story.

Our Billing customer support is able to help you further by phone or by live chat. Have you attempted to contact them at http://support.roku.com/contactus? Do you receive an error message or code?
