Lost order

Placed an order on 4/9/20, shipped same day and got a FedEx tracking number. Finally got to talk to an actual person and she tracked it and it is lost, I have been going back and forth with Roku and all you get is an auto email, gave all the information in email to Roku, of course got an auto email, how are you supposed to know what actions they are going to take to refund my money or send me my order.
