Kocowa subscription via ROKU ($/mo)

1)) Why does KOCOWA still ask for a subscription, when I'm paying a monthly KOCOWA subscription charge ($7-8) to ROKU?

2))  Why is KOCOWA asking for a Facebook login info when I don't even have a Facebook account?

Re: Kocowa subscription via ROKU ($/mo)

@AmyNell

On Roku, there are generally different apps/methods to view subscription content when you use RokuPay. (pay Roku for subscriptions).

You may/should find a "Kocowa on the Roku Channel" app in the Roku Channel Store.  This is the app you will want to install and login to.

This will be a different app than the standalone Kocowa app. (this would be the app to use if you subscribed directly to the provider, in this case Kocowa.  You would also have different login credentials).

Alternatively, try launching the Roku Channel and see if you find your Kocowa subscription in there.

As for your second question.  Facebook is one of the methods you can use to login to the standalone Kocowa app. (along with other email methods).  Since you are using Roku Pay, and using "Kocowa on the Roku Channel", it seems you are using the wrong app to login to your Kocowa subscription.
