Just se up my Roku acct & my bank is charged left & right

I just got my ultra Roku box and my account got hit with over a $100 charges . $ 59.99 for ROKU & ( Kilo Grou) Peleton $66 this isn’t a joke can’t get to customer service. The ones online are asking me to go to a link to answer questions about Roku’s services( are you serious) ? I need to understand why the charges aren’t reflected on my account?

Did you call and get help setting it up? Was there a charge for that?

I ask because you cannot call Roku to get help setting it up. And Roku doesn't charge to set it up. However, there are scammers that you can find when you do a Web search and they'll scam the heck outta ya. Maybe that's what happened?

I have that question as well.

I searched for "Kilo Grou" and it appears to be a company in Jordan, and several of the links on the first page of search results are from people who were scammed by them.
