When you say you reset your password, is it for your Roku account, or for a specific channel you're trying to access? For either of these scenarios, please check to make sure that your Roku device is up to date (you can check this by going Settings > System > Software Update), and if it's a channel, go ahead and try to uninstall and reinstall it.
