I went to Roku.com. Wanted to buy a Roku Express 4K+. Tried buying as guest -- hoping I could use paypal. Nope. Tried to buy using my CC. Two attempts hung on different places of proceed to next step.
Registered an Roku account hoping to buy. THERE I was able to set paypal as my method (why not before?). So then I was able to buy Roku Express 4K+ on third try,
Why no option for paypal on guest checkout.
Why did the page hang on two attempts. Last one was after giving all info including CC stuff -- unsettling! am I billed or not?
When I get it, I hope the product is better than my experience so far.
Somebody should look at these webpage issues on the main site.
