Is there an advantage to purchase a ROKU Streaming Stick + from Amazon or from Roku directly? They are currently priced the same. Thank you!
Thanks for all your responses. I've ordered it from Target, as I can get an additional 5% off using my Target Red Card, and I'll be able to use curbside pickup.
If I narrowed it to those two only, I'd go with Amazon, because it will likely arrive earlier. Roku shipping isn't the fastest.
I'd head to Walmart, Best Buy, or some other retailer and pick one up in person, if they are in stock, if I needed a Roku. I'd only buy online if my schedule didn't allow me to run by a retailer, or if there was a great online deal, or opportunity to cash in rewards points or something that brought the price down.

If you already pay for Amazon Prime then you might as well take advantage of it.
Otherwise, it is a toss-up as to which is better.
Amazon (or pretty much anyone else) will probably respond much faster if you get a device that's DOA.
