I was trying to look for my PIN to watch something and I was directed to update my CC information. But my information is still correct so I put in my credit card number and it tells me it’s invalid . What the **bleep** is going on! I don’t understand nothing is invalid and I’m livid!
Was this on your Roku account at https://my.rolu.com, or was it on the site for some particular channel?
I’m my roku account I was just looking for my pin # and I was prompted to update all my information. So I did and it keeps telling me my card # is invalid
