There is no monthly fee for using a Roku itself.  The only fees come from additional purchases and subscriptions.

If you subscribe to something THROUGH ROKU, that subscription will be good for all Rokus linked to the same Roku account.  So as long as you link all your Rokus to the same Roku account, you'll only pay one monthly subscription fee for that channel.

If you subscribe to something DIRECTLY WITH THAT CHANNEL, then you pay the channel directly.  Your single subscription fee will cover any platform on which you can install their app or view with a web browser.

Note that some channels may limit how many simultaneous streams it will support, so it may limit how many instances you can view at one time.
