If you are paying through Roku, then they are just passing on recent price increases. You should check out the service's web sites to see the current prices. Ideally, you should also sign up through that to avoid confusion and make billing clearer. Also, if you subscribe directly, they will often email you a warning about price changes.

You don't mention which Sling you have. Orange is $46, Blue is $51, Orange+Blue is $66. They do have half-off first month for new subscribers. (Note: Cartoon Network is being dropped from Orange at the end of this month.)
