I signed up to A 30 day free trial on starz and I was charged. I’d like you to correct this or I’ll have to contact my bank
Have you, or anyone else using your email account, ever signed up for a free trial on Starz? Only one free trial is generally all that is allowed in any one service.

Please be aware that if you previously had a free trial through the same Roku account (on any
Roku device linked to your account), you will not be eligible for another free trial with that
