I was charged for NFL and couldn't get it to work and it also said free for a limited time

I tried to contact support about an issue with NFL because I was charged and it said free for a limited time.  Also it wouldn't play.  I would like a refund

The same thing happen to me. I was charged the full price for the NFL Network and it does not work. I can not watch the NFL Network and they will not refund my money. I'm going to my bank to get my money back and let the n=bank deal with Roku. Roku is only interested is getting money but not to help you when the channel does not work.

My Internet provided does not support this channel. I also need a Total Refund because I have not been able to watch any Live Games

@rswanee1  Exactly what NFL package have you subscribed to?  Is it NFL+?  NFL+ only carries live games from your local market.  What do you mean by "My Internet provided does not support this channel."?
