I was billed $11.31 for Hulu subscription - but I am still in my 30 day free trial. Why am I getting billed at all and where did $11.31 come from when Hulu only costs $6.99/month???? Also, my "subscription" isn't even showing in my Roku account, so I can't even deactivate the subscription - yet they are billing me for it. Please provide answer for $11.31 and solution to deactivate.
If it isn't showing up under your Roku account then I'm guessing you subscribed directly with Hulu?
The billing of the $11.31 IS showing up in my Roku billing section. When I signed up for Hulu it was through Roku on my t.v. I do not have an actual Hulu account.
