I've been charged 3 times within 3days for something I do not understand

What number can I call to get a real person

Are you charged on a specific channel/app on your Roku device, or is it a fraudulent charge?  If it’s fraudulent, you might consider contacting your bank.  Or if it’s a real charge, you need to submit a bill inquiry here: https://support.roku.com/contactus
