I no longer have a rook but was charged for Disney Plus for a year please advise
Try logging into your Roku account (at roku.com - no device needed) and see if you can cancel there.

When you previously had a Roku did you have an annual Disney+ subscription taken out through Roku? If so, and if you did not explicitly cancel the subscription, it will stay in force and continue to auto-renew through Roku at the end of each subscription period.
To keep it from auto-renewing further, log into your old Roku account and cancel the subscription.
