I paid $64.04 on 1-29-25 for a paramount subscription but my paramount+ has been turned off because the subscription has expired. The subscription should be good until 1-29-2026. Please reinstate my account!!!

@Ballred1243 This is not the place where you would resolve this issue as this is mostly a user forum.

Go to Roku support link provided above or here in this post.  And select the billing issues option.

You could also try contacting Paramount plus customer support directly as well.

Same here. Eightball answers from ticket punchers. Receive these "Unable to process your payment" emails almost constantly from Roku. Funny thing though? When I went around Roku direct to media supplier - THEY had no problem charging the same card.

In this case, I think it's a field issue. Roku is pulling the wrong fields to submit with charges. So of course it won't work. Another oddity? I see charges from every other supplier on my screen for this month, but not one for HBO. Almost like they never submitted the charge at all? They also successfully charged last month - but not this month.

Hmmm....wonder how many Roku employees it takes to fix a billing system?

 

Not dealing with their customer service any more. Probably will just switch to Apple. Bet they can still feed themselves.
