I was sent a discount link to upgrade to the Roku Express as my current Roku was not going to be supported much longer. I believe they sent me to an Amazon link but there is no Roku showing up in my order history. The Roku Express is garbage and does not work. There is no support here. I need to send it back. How do I go about doing that?
Did you order the express from Roku? Log into your Roku account and view your purchase history. If it is not listed you did not order from Roku. You need to determine who you ordered the device from before you can start a return.
