i have been unable to reach out to roku to cancel a subscription i didn’t authorize in the first place. i have been trying to reach out to roku for about 3 years to cancel the account to no avail!!! please help! roku has stolen over $200.00 from me and roku does not provide customer service for this issue which has become fraudulent!

Log in to your Roku account. If the subscription is not there it is not Roku that is responsible for the charge.
If you are having trouble reaching customer service, here's the phone number and associated information that may be helpful.

But with that said, we're happy to look into your account details and review any active subscriptions you have for cancellation. If you would prefer, for future reference, you can also log into my.roku.com and you will see the option "Manage your subscriptions" available. This will also allow you to cancel your subscriptions if you would rather go through this process online.

My subscription for Hulu was cancelled on 12/02/2018 according to your records. I have been continuosly billed for the subscription. Please help me reconcile this problem.

@Fmartell If the subscription is through Roku login to your Roku account on a computer or phone and check your subscriptions. When/if you find the subscription you can unsubscribe there. I would also recommend going to pin preference will logged into Roku and select require a pin to make purchases. If you login to Roku and cannot find the subscription the subscription is not from Roku and they will not be able to help you.
