So first off my dad has been dead for around 4 years now, and we still have his email on the roku account. So when I went to pay the great courses plus app to watch lectures it went through my email and then to his roku account. I'm just looking to cancel the great courses plus subscription but in order to do that I need to sign into his roku account. We forget his password to the account and his email. If anybody could help me get into the account so I can stop the subscription I would gladly appreciate it. Since it's dealing with my deceased dad I'm trying to do this as simply as possible so please if some one can help me.
