I updated my payment method I pay 69 for Hulu and tv and it keeps saying on hold and won’t let me log in says my payment isn’t good. Please help! There’s no tech support to help very frustrating
Did you log in to this user forum using the same email address as is on your Roku account? If so, you should be able to log in to https://my.roku.com/ and update your billing information.
