I’m being Billed by Roku for warner

I’ve been charged 8 separate times by Roku for Warner. I thought it was a part of Boomerang, but i cancelled a long time ago. This is not part of my subscription line up. The Last 6 months i was charged a flat rate fee of 7.49. Now I’m being charged 14.99. I see a lot of others customers experiencing the same issues.

Warner Media is HBO Max. See if you are subscribed to HBO Max. If you are not currently subscribed then call your financial institution. You can also contact Roku billing support

Hi @HRock, thanks for reaching out. As @Ello2022 mentioned, Warner Media is HBO Max. If you have an HBO Max subscription, this is likely what you're seeing. The change in price looks like it's due to HBO Max having an offer of $7.49 for their add free monthly subscription that's available for 6 months; after 6 months, it goes back to its regular price of $14.99 per month. You can check out the details of that ended promotion here: https://help.hbomax.com/us-en/answer/detail/000001367. We hope this answers your questions! If not, please reach back out and we can PM you directly to gather account details. Thanks!
