Change your email and/or password, and/or remove any form of payment associated with your Roku account, perhaps even close your current account and make a new one with a different email/password.

If banking info is involved contact your bank as well.

Call Roku Customer Service directly:  (816) 272-8106  choose option 1 (Accounts/Billing)
