I have been trying to contact a Roku customer service agent about an UNAUTHORIZED recurring charge of $14.99. I've disputed it a couple of times and the money was successfully credited back to my account. I thought I had resolved this issue last month (12/2020) but today, I see the same charge from "Roku for Warner Brothers Media." I need help to stop this charge. I do not know how. No, I do not have any premium services or subscriptions. No, I did not start a free trial and forget to cancel before the end date. Please help.
Thanks for the post.
We would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions to see what current subscriptions that you are being charged for.
If you need further assistance with your account or billing issue, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able to further assist you.

I'm still being charged $14.99 for absolutely nothing. I read over the response "Danny from Roku" sent me and nothing worked - no success. I'm sick and tired of being charged this recurring fee. Enough is enough! I NEED HELP WITH THIS MATTER AND I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, PLEASE! I've never experienced such poor customer service with little to no consideration for my feelings and more importantly -- my bank account. Please, I demand to be contacted as soon as humanly possible. I DO NOT HAVE A-N-Y SUBSCRIPTIONS, so I should not be charged month after month from ROKU. Please, help!
Hi @Black39,
We appreciate you reaching out to us.
For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team. Please contact them directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Questions about my account or billing," and you'll be able to send an email request there.

Mary
I am currently experiencing the same issue. A $14.99 unauthorized charge for Roku Warnerbrothers. I have tried to reach out to customer support but they are absolutely useless. I can't get a hold of anybody and the website does not direct me to anyone that can actually help me. I'm calling my bank to dispute this fraudulent charge and I suggest you do the same.
please remove the charge of 14.99

Did you go to https://my.roku.com/ and look at the subscriptions for your account as the instructions said? Was a subscription there? If so, did you cancel?

I have cable and I used to pay Roku $5.99 and you changed me $14.99. Which I don't want Warner Media. Please take of this matter. Thank you very much.

That charge has been associated with HBO Max.
