I'd suggest logging into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com/purchases, using the email address you see when going to Settings > System > About from your Roku home screen. This will show you any purchases and invoices from Roku for subscriptions made through Roku and any other purchases. If you have problems with any of them, contact Roku Customer Support at https://go.roku.com/accounthelp.
If the charges you are questioning are not shown there, note that spammers can call their charges anything they want so don't assume a charge that says it's from Roku really is from Roku. Dispute any false charges with your financial institution - they can trace them back to the account that actually placed them.
