For any refund, you have to contact account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus. You can see what subscriptions you have through Roku by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About. If your subscription isn't through Roku, you'll have to contact the provider of the subscription (Netflix, Disney, Paramount, etc.). Any charge on your billing statement should specifically mention Roku if the subscription is through Roku, but scammers can put anything in the description that they like.
