I Saw a charge on my bank account from Roku and I never authorized anything and how did you get my bank information

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

When you created your Roku account you most likely entered your payment information. Login to your Roku account and check your subscriptions. If the charge is from Roku the information will appear there. Also while in your Roku account you can click on the tab to update payment information and at the bottom of the page you can remove your payment information if you want to.
