I’ve been through this myself. Couple weeks back. Canceled months ago and started getting forced activation. Called them got refunded. Rinse and repeat. Eventually someone with sense removed my card from the system. Why the other two did not offer this option is beyond me. Sling app still gets forced back on my Roku no matter how many times I remove it. But now without my card no charge. I still check my bank account each time I see sling app back on Roku to be on the safe side.

Contact Sling customer service directly. To do that, go to Sling's website and go to customer service.
I just looked at my credit card and see SLING that I canceled months ago, is still billing $30.00 per month!!! I forgot my previous password and they sent an INVALID link to reset my password in order to cancel 'AGAIN' Also they have a page on the SLING website that acknowledges problems with 'CANCELING' but it remains unresolved! I took a pic of it. H.E.L.P. smells of SCAM!
Sling is losing some sports soon Im not happy about it.

For more information about that channel's billing and account issues, you'll want to contact Sling support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

The only way you will no longer be charged is to have them delete your card from their system. No matter how many times you speak to someone and no matter how many times they refund your money the issue will continue. I suffered the thing last year until an extremely helpful rep removed my card. Hopefully you will have the same kindness. Good luck.

Report that as an unauthorized charge and then your bank will mark it as such, cancel your card , send you a new one. Then when you get a new one, don't reenter the card into the Sling website for payment options and they won't charge you for it. Common sense has to come in here somewhere.
Same thing is happening to me. I am starting to think this is part of their business model. Stay away from Sling!
