I cancelled and was charged. I called fubo they told me to call roku about the subscr..I did they said call fubo guess what already did. I have a month on fubo  because of the payment going through and have NO access to it because like i already said: I CANCELLED IT and access was removed immediately..I cant even see fubo. Im feeling ripped off and quite angry about it

That is exactly what happened to me...I can’t even watch the month I ended up having to pay for because of their stupid interface wont let me log in. And there is no support phone number!

We all subscribe for a free trial with FuboTv and it is not our problem how the service is provided or what intermediary gets paid (Roku). One the trial is cancelled, everything has to be cancelled automatically. Otherwise it is a fraud.

I signed up for the Free Trial on Feb 6 to watch Super Bowl LV the next day. The day after that, on Feb. 8, I used my ROKU stick to cancel the service--well within the free week of trial service, seeing it was not something I would watch. I have just spoken with ROKU customer service which said the cancellation had not gone through until I canceled again in March. From my bank statement, I was billed THREE TIMES for Fubo TV on March 2 and March 30. I have watched one event in total through Fubo TV. I see from reports, that Fubo TV appears to bill after the trial period whether you have cancelled or not and just don't record cancellations. Hopefully, I will receive a full refund of $195.97 and a bad situation will have resolved itself after some time spent arguing the situation with ROKU Customer service. But I will be wary moving forward about "Free" trial periods.

@BaggerJ

Thanks for the post.

We highly recommend reviewing the terms for any trial, prior to signing up.
