I already i have subscription but i don't know channel showing trail? Subscribed? Costumer service will call two days. Work after same problem coming again. Last month two times take money from my account.
What channel are you experiencing this issue with? Are you subscribed through Roku Pay? If so, we would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions to see a list of current subscriptions that you are being billed for.
