We ordered the ufc fight and we’re charged but due to home being unlivable we are living in a warehouse with no att uverse cable provider, therefore we can not receive the fight we already paid for..this was due to a natural disaster in Louisiana ( Hurricane Ida) I really believe this should be a special circumstance for reimbursement for ufc ppv fight September 26, 2021. Service for moving cable provider info is backed up due to major distruction throughout the area.

We order these fights all the time we wouldn’t even ask if we would have know this was gonna happen. But you don’t really have control over hurricanes there should be a special category for this type reimbursement situation.

Are you saying you ordered this fight through ATT U-verse cable but can't view it because you can't access U-verse at your current location? If so this would be an issue between you and U-verse, not you and Roku.
