I signed up for Hulu through Roku. Paying through Roku. 100%, no mistake. Hulu site says I am paying through Roku. Bill, Roku. But on the apps and website, Roku does not have it listed and does not have the “manage subscription” option. Tried every TV, just in case. I had to remove my payment method to kill the billing. That’s the only way I can cancel the subscription. In short, get it fixed.
