Misunderstanding on our part. We thought we were having a draft from our bank account for the cost of Roku. We are elderly and was told recently that there isn’t a charge for Roku. After investigation, we find we have been paying $5.99 plus tax a total of $6.42 a month for 13 months for the Hulu subscription. We can’t access it on our devise. We have tried to set up an account but since we’ve never set up an account with them, the app wants to start us with a free trial. We don’t want to be charged again. Help! What do we do?

Larry, don't post your phone number and email address in a public forum. You're just begging to be contacted by a scammer.
First, cancel you subscription by going to https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . If no subscription shows up there then you have another problem.
You can contact Roku about a billing issue at (816) 272-8106.
Thanks for the inquiry.
For account and billing related issues, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able to further assist you.
Thanks,
Danny
