I ordered ESPN+ and am not able to watch it, when I click on a show in the app it says to sign up. I checked my roku subscriptions and it is listed as active. I called ESPN and they said it is a roku issue that no subscription is linked to my email login ID with ESPN. Please help
ESPN+ service is accessed using the ESPN app.
The ESPN app shows content from both ESPN subscriptions and ESPN+ subscriptions. ESPN has different content from ESPN+ and vice versa - there is no overlap between the two subscriptions.
The app actually has two different login/credentials: one for ESPN, and one for ESPN+
To access ESPN subscription content, you need to login with your ESPN credentials.
To access ESPN+ subscription content, you need to login with your ESPN+ credentials.
(to access content from both services, you have to be logged into the app with both sets of credentials)
To check or otherwise login to your ESPN/ESPN+ accounts: Open the ESPN app/Settings/Account Information and Settings/Subscriptions

I am able to login on the espn app but they don’t recognize we have a subscription through roku anymore. It worked for a while and just quit working.
cancel espn plus thru ROKU and subscribe directly thru ESPN. ROKU has no customer service
I ordered the UFC PPV event this past Saturday night on my Roku device. It would stream for about 3 minutes and kick me out. I got back in and it kept repeating for the entire event. I missed the end of the main event which is what I actually I bought this fight for in the first place. And how do you contact Roku other than this stupid blog. I am requesting a refund for this event only.
