My husband passed away and it was his email and account password. Idk the password and I cannot access his email account. I have the Roku account charged to my card for purchases but any communications goes to his old email account- it won’t let me update the email unless I have the password, but I did not set it up. - I know the PIN but am not able to find a work around which enables me to verify that way. Any suggestions? I cannot find an actual way to contact Roku to explain the issue cause when I try to ask support it says to “follow the link below” - however there is no link??
