So I removed my debit card from my Roku account but how do I remove it from my Roku television?? I’m still getting Roku charges. Can someone help me get my debit card off the device???
Hi @BubbaVass
Thanks for the post.
Please be advised that payment methods can only be removed through the website. There are cases that the email address associated with your Roku device does not match the one you're using when logging in via the website. This results in the changes not reflecting on your TV screen.
We would recommend checking the email address linked to your Roku first. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > About. Once you've confirmed the email, log in again then proceed to remove your card.
Furthermore, if you need help with the charges, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
I hope this helps!
All the best,
Kariza

Ensure the email address that shows on your TV under Settings->System->About matches the email address you use to log in at https://my.roku.com . While you're there, check your subscriptions and purchases.
