How to change email - original email got hacked

Hello! Recently my grandmothers email got hacked and can’t get into roku. She’s been getting these subscription charges and needs to cancel them. Is there a way to change the email? She can’t even get into her old one.

Settings > System > About on her Roku will show her the email address associated with her Roku account.  This address is what must be entered to log into her Roku account at http://my.roku.com.  Has this been changed from her actual email address?  As long as this is the email address that SHOULD be attached to her account:

If she knows her password she can log in.

If she doesn't know her password she can use the "Forgot password?" option a little further down the page to set a new password, as long as this email address is one at which she can still receive email.
