Hello - I see other questions with this same topic, and they are all referred to the support page. I have been through that entire page for the last 20 minutes. I can't find a spot where I can type any information - I don't want to cancel my own account (and what if I wasn't also a Roku member?). How do I inquire about canceling an account for a family member who passed away? I don't know his account ##, I don't have the ability to log into his account, or to check his email, I just need to have his account closed. I can't figure out how to do it from that support page. Please help. Thanks.
