@skmeiers this has been explained numerous times in this thread and others. If your subscription is through Roku, you can manage/cancel your subscription on your Roku user web page (https://my.roku.com). Roku does not refund for subscriptions that were made in error, especially if it's been active for several months.

If there is no subscription listed there, then Roku is not billing you, regardless of what your credit card statement might say. Scammers with stolen credit card information will submit bogus bills to your card and falsely claim to be Roku charging you. They hope people see it and figure it's a legit charge and just pay it. If this has happened to you, then contact your CC company, dispute the charges, and ask for a replacement CC. If one scammer has your card info, it's highly likely others do as well, so cancel and replace your card.

And If that is the case, and Roku hasn't charged you, then they cannot refund money they did not collect. Your best chance of recovering any money is by disputing the charges with your CC provider.

Normally, I would follow your instructions for cancelling myPlayer subscription. But I didn't know about them BEFORE I  merely removed the channel from my Roku .list of channels. So how can I find myPlayer and reinstall it on Roku and THEN I can cancel it?

You don't cancel a subscription through the channel itself (at least I've never heard of one). If your subscription is through Roku, then you manage/cancel your subscription through your Roku user web page (https://my.roku.com). If the subscription is not listed there, then your subscription is not through Roku, and you need to contact the provider to find out how to manage your account.

Log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) and look at your subscriptions there. If you have something from CBS, it will be listed here. If there's nothing here, then your subscription isn't through Roku and this isn't the place to get assistance with it. If it's there, you can cancel this or any subscription through Roku right there.

Again, if there's nothing listed under your user account, but you're getting a credit card bill that says Roku, you need to contest the charge with your CC company. Your CC information has been stolen, or otherwise compromised. Under circumstances like this, it's recommended to cancel your CC and get a new one issued.
