I have had this TV for less then a year and my building doesn’t allow wall mounts, for this reason i had to trust the legs that came with the TVs i haven’t had an issue for almost a year until today when i was sitting with my son watching dinosaurs and he was a little too close and the leg snapped and fell on him, he was unharmed at first and now has a big goose egg (after he woke up crying) i discovered one has developed im now waking him up to make sure he is okay! i have contacted roku hours ago but apparently no response, idk if this is now a legal issue or is just a warranty issue but i didn’t get warranty through walmart just the standard through roku so im hoping you all could help me ! thank you in advance
Since you bought it at Walmart, is it an onn TV? If so, the warranty would be onn/Walmart's responsibility.
