Do you have Paramount +?

You can log into your Roku account, manage subscriptions and see what you are subscribed to and turn off your auto-renew and cancel your subscriptions.

I cancelled Frndly and payment was taken from my account

102 dollars was taken from my account for Frndly please refund to my account I did not authorize this payment

Thanks for the post @8870,

If your subscription is through Roku, you can manage or cancel a subscription via the Roku website or on the Roku device.

On the Roku website

  1. Visit my.roku.com/subscriptions.
  2. Under "Active Subscriptions," select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Click "Manage Subscription," then choose "Turn off Auto-Renew." This will cancel your subscription and prevent future charges.
  4. You will have access to the subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

On the Roku Device

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  2. Navigate to the app you want to cancel.
  3. Press the Star button, then select "Manage Subscription."
  4. Choose "Turn off auto-renew" to cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
