i just sign up for the Disney subscription and they charged me twice. How do I remove the 6.99 after getting charge twice.

this is the most useless reply (over and over again) for what seems to be a very common issue, with absolutely no way to get in touch with an agent, or even send an email. it just keeps looping everyone through the same suggestions without any actual help or results. not even an option to live chat with someone to help. this is ridiculous. -5 stars for customer service.

First, you will need to select "Question about my account or billing" from the drop-down menu then click "Continue".
Now from here select "Other" from the drop-down menu then click "Need more help".
This should bring you to the page where you can select either live chat, email support, or phone support.
