I can't log into a channel on roku. Can't find anywhere that I can see my user name and have already changed password.

If you created this account thru Roku, you should log in with your Roku account login credentials.

If you created your account directly with the channel's website, you should log in with that channel's login parameters.

If you created your account through a third party account (Roku, Hulu, Prime video, etc), you must view this through that third party account and log in with their parameters. In Roku's case you typically need to view thru The Roku Channel app.

What @makaiguy said is correct. But let me ask a question that might help your specific situation: What channel are you trying to log on to? And what Roku do you have? Is it a streaming box, a Roku TV, or what?
