I tried to set up Roku at 74yrs old and I did something wrong because I can't find xfinity streaming? All it offers is xfinity streaming BETA, and that does not give me all the xfinity channels that I signed up for...
Hi @Hudda, thank you so much for reaching out to us through the Roku Community about this. Generally, you can get in touch with someone by visiting this link: https://support.roku.com/contact-support/contact-options but we're happy to help! In regards to your question about Xfinity, we can confirm that the channel that you downloaded is the only one we currently have available on Roku. There is no other Xfinity channel at this time.
If you aren't seeing all the channels available that you would normally see, we would have to direct you to their support team. They manage the Xfinity channel and will have a better idea of what's going on. You can get in contact with them here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us. If there is anything else we can help with, please let us know.
https://support.roku.com/contactus Click on the 'select an issue'. You get a pop-down box with given answers. The one I select was 'account and billing'. I had an account question so I clicked on 'account and billing'. After clicking on the continue at the bottom of the page, another webpage asking again for 'select and issue' (but new and different question). One of the given answers was 'other so I selected 'other' and then clicked on 'continue'. A webpage with a form to enter your name , information and then your QUESTION ---wala
Sincerely
Jack
In July 2022 I was charged $8.99 and in August 2022 again I am being charged $8.99 I do not remember subscribing to Roku. Is it possible someone else is charging under my credit card? Please let me know before I go to my bank for them to find out what is happening.
@chayote, you can check your subscriptions and purchases at https://my.roku.com . If nothing's shown there then definitely get your bank involved.
Good luck. Worst customer service ever.
