When you login to your Roku account does the Paramount subscription appear? If the subscription does not appear in your account you subscribed through someone else and Roku can not help you.

To Roku Billing Department:
I placed order number 104772855 on May 20, 2022 which you acknowledged in a message to me on May 20. However, I have never received any notice that my order has shipped, nor have I ever received the items I ordered.
Those items were 1 Roku Voice Remote Pro - RCS01R. and 1 set Roku Premium in-ear Headphones - CB05, $44.98 plus tax.
I really need these items because I am slowly losing my hearing and I need the assistance these items will give me. Please either ship these items to me or refund my money if you have already billed my Discover card for the $44.98 plus $3.60 sales tax.

I watch the video for Roku Express 4k and it takes me a screen asking for email, but I'm unable to scroll down to it. I press the star * for help and it takes me Setup Help. I Close and it takes me back to the email request screen.

I understand that you are unable to complete the activation process for Roku Express 4k and got stuck on the page where you need to enter the email address associated with your Roku account, is that correct? We suggest you restart the process once more unplugging the device from the USB power connection for 10 seconds before plugging it back in.
Remember that when you first set up your Roku device, you will be prompted to connect it to the internet using Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable. You must complete the on-screen instructions to connect your Roku device to your home network and the internet before you can proceed with activation.
