You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about returning my Roku device or managing my order' on the drop-down menu. I ordered a Roku device. I have the receipt and the charge to my bank account. When I click on the order number, I am taken to Romualdo website and it says I have no orders.

You keep saying to contact support but when I fill out the simple 4 question request I keep getting "an error has occurred. Please try again". Tell me what the error is so I can fix it and try again. Please, it's impossible to get in touch with roku by any method.
i just read all the way to contact some one at roku and they wont give an answer they just keep sending you around in circles.i am a good customer to roku i have a few devices. you can bet i wont get another .cause when there is a problem you cant get no help they have no live support !!!!!! p.s. may be yousend me a email on how to get in touch with a real person can.

Hello I changed my card info & now I don’t have Hulu. What do I need to do?
