How do I get a refund to my credit card if I don't even use roku? I am looking for ways to contact Roku by phone or by chat.

Trying to cancel my fathers account . Does not use. Cannot access his account.
@1lorieholdridge, try to log in at https://my.roku.com . Use the email address that shows up on his Roku when you go to Settings->System->About. If you don't recognize that email then there's a chance your father fell for a scam. If you have access to the email you should be able to reset the password. Once you're logged in, cancel any subscriptions. You can find information about closing a Roku account here: https://support.roku.com/article/208756028-how-to-close-your-roku-account
If you can't get logged in or you suspect a scam it's probably easier to just cancel any credit card being charged by "Roku".

My problem is that I paid for a year subscription subscription, twice, to be rid of the commercials on Asian Crush. Both times they started hitting me with commercials within 2 or 3 months of initiating my subscriptions. I cannot find a way to contact a live person at ROKU and am am ready to cancel payments on my credit card and find another source for streaming. Very very frustrating.

My Roku was burring up and they were sending me a Return authorization and return label plus my new Roku but i have never received anything #4397270 request that was resolved accept ROKU has not sent me anything and i cannot watch tv.
