Your profile information is kept in your Roku account, accessed via https://my.roku.com. But I don't believe it contains your phone number.
As of this writing there is no input field in your Roku Account page for a telephone number. Failing that: After a 23-minute Chat queue for this very task I was told that a phone number change must be called in to Roku Customer Service. I am presently 17-minutes into that endeavor and it has occurred to me that it would have been quicker at the onset to just delete my account then immediately create another.
